From ZION national park via Zion-Mt. Carmel Tunnel Scenic Drive and Checkerboard Mesa to Bryce Canyon National Park in southern Utah. Known for crimson-colored hoodoos, which are spire-shaped rock formations. The park’s main road leads past the expansive Bryce Amphitheater, a hoodoo-filled depression lying below the Rim Trail hiking path. It has overlooks at Sunrise Point, Sunset Point, Inspiration Point and Bryce Point. The Navajo Loop and Queens Garden trails are popular hikes leading down into the amphitheater, past dramatic formations such as Thor’s Hammer, Queen Victoria and the Wall Street cliffs. Hat Shop Trail and back-country trails are more challenging. The park’s southern section features massive Natural Bridge arch, the Pink Cliffs and 2.800 m. Rainbow Point overlook, the park’s highest ground. A true wonderland! One of the Places You Must See Before You Die! (Source: Google)
