Yosemite National Park

Yosemite National Park
From San Francisco to Yosemite National Park in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains. It’s famed for its giant, ancient sequoia trees, and for Tunnel View, the iconic vista of towering Bridalveil Fall and the granite cliffs of El Captain and Half Dome. In Yosemite Village are shops, restaurants, lodging, the Yosemite Museum and the Ansel Adams Gallery. Also there is a historic Majestic Yosemite Hotel, while Half Dome Village offers a motel, cottages and rustic tent cabins. Glacier Point is popular for its dramatic views, as is Mirror Lake. Among the park’s many hiking options are the Mist Trail; a steep, wet climb to Vernal Fall; and the legendary John Muir Trail, passing by sites such as Tuolumne Meadows campsite and the glacier-cut Cathedral Lakes before heading south through several other national parks. Epic scenery of nature and a peaceful place for animals. One of the Places You Must See Before You Die! (Source: Google)
